Tackle Problems In A Minute!!
Young children make massive developmental progress in amazingly short periods of time. And they do it just by playing.
Children don't try to develop their minds ,they don't worry or think of anything, while playing sports or any thing, they just merely get into it,
they have no thought that , what "Struggle" is??

The children just ride along curiosity and , play!!!
How long has it been since you let yourself play any kind of sports!!
May be today you could find some new insight and inspiration in doing so,
let yourself just lean on like the children,
Take a thought , or a task or a situation , or a problem ,and just play with it, like there's nothing too much to worry about like any friendly sports ,Let the kid inside you be out ,buried with so much of pressure of the world.
Instead of resolving to end up some place in particular, go where you feel comfortable,
let go for any notion ,that anything has to be this way or that.
Ignore what should be, while you discover all that can be,
Just like the kid you have to imagine all dead thoughts again of ultra imagination and creativity that you used to have ,when you were kid,
Play sports for awhile ,just for delight and fun ,it brings you.
and you will discover once again that it brings you a lot more than mere delight, just by playing sports
A great way to remain positively focused ,is to have something positive towards which you can direct your thoughts, at a moments notice.
For one day, for your own benefit leave all the social media platforms which degrade you from inside like instagram ,facebook , linkedin , twitter, youtube , etc,
Just for few hours try to leave all this bad stuff and try to inculcate some good habits in yourself, that make you more developed,
That way when you catch yourself into negative thought patterns you can quickly you can switch your thoughts some where else.
Imagine what would happen if you made a habit, at the begining of each day , of finding something new to appreciate about yourself, your life, or your world.
Then anytime you felt yourself being drawn into negative , destructive thinking , you could immediately put your focus on that day's object of appreciation and gratitude.
Genuine , heartfelt gratitude can have a powerful positive influence on every aspect of life.
